Dr. Balulad is an excellent physician. She has been treating me for over a year with tremendous success. I was referred to her by my cardiologist due to my uncontrolled Atrial Fibrillation. She takes time to listen to my concerns and she fully explained my treatment options. She's performed two cardiac catheterization ablations on me and I am now symptom free. I met Dr. Balulad approximately 2 years after moving to The Villages from Michigan. With her expertise as an Electrophysiologist/Cardiologist and the medical field in general I feel my well being is finally on the right track. I had a massive heart attack several years ago followed by Quintupple Bi pass surgery. The surgery went well but the damage had been done. I had complication after complication... eventually had a Pacemaker/Defrib implanted. My main complication was AFIB... The electrophysiologist I had been seeing since the surgery just didn't seem to click with me in many ways. That was when I made a change and met Dr. B. I wish I had found her from the start. She took my case very seriously, and most of all "took the time" to carefully explain and help me to understand her approach. Long story short. Within months she had my heart back in a normal rhythm for the first time in years.
